Responsibilities and Success Factors

• Collaborate with senior personnel to conduct up to 12 annual CI policy oversight inspections for DoD components with organic CI capabilities and document findings.
• Identify CI best practices to improve efficiency and monitor corrective actions for policy compliance.
• Research and draft responses to CI-related inquiries from senior DoD officials and stakeholders.
• Prepare and coordinate up to 52 staff actions, information papers, and official memorandums for DoD and Intelligence Community distribution.
Education and Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• 10 years’ experience in CI criminal investigations, counterespionage/counterterrorism, collections, functional services, and relevant DoD CI policies, executive orders, and laws (DoD experience preferred)
• 1 year developing and presenting briefing materials to peers and senior leadership
• 1 year supporting senior DoD officials as a staff or action officer
• 1 year conducting research and analysis of DoD policy/guidance documents and legal decisions

Our contract support team seeks a qualified candidate to serve as the Foreign Disclosure Representative, supporting Foreign Disclosure Officers (FDOs) in executing duties related to allied relationships worldwide. The role focuses on foreign disclosure assessments, processes, and requirements. The position involves working disclosure issues at the OSD and foreign defense ministries level to strengthen security partner relationships. The ideal candidate must be comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous, and unstructured environments.
Primary Duties
Serve as an advisor and subject matter expert for USG officials on foreign disclosure policy and intelligence relations.
Advise on foreign disclosure matters for national and departmental planning and policy documents.
Assess and recommend DoD foreign disclosure and intelligence sharing policies.
Prepare staff packages, briefings, papers, and correspondence for USG officials’ coordination and signature.
Handle documentation and administrative needs for USG officials attending working groups and forums on foreign disclosure policy.
